We propose cooperation in the following areas: - Implementation of a research survey in Norway - Writing research articles - Mutual methodological support - Creation of a training lecturer program.

In the Czech Republic, we continuously face a situation where lecturers educating adults have no formal lecturing or pedagogical education. This results in the lecturers failing to reflect the principles of adult education in the educational contract, lacking innovative approaches in education, ignoring the stages of the educational process, or lacking skills for efficient group management. Within the project, we seek to determine the level of the lecturers’ perceived pedagogical competence, their pedagogical involvement, and the level of their pedagogical fitness. Based on the analysis, we aim to design the training for professional lecturers, focusing on developing the pedagogical fitness of lecturers in further/adult education.
