| Objective of the Project |
The project was focused on the exchange of educational sector staff members from two higher education institutions - Gjovik University College (Norway) and the University of Pardubice (Czech Republic). The main aim of the project was to reduce socio-economic disparities in Europe, to develop bilateral cooperation between the above-mentioned institutions and to strengthen the human capital (employees) and know-how for the mutual benefit of both institutions. The project enabled both the institutions to organize various types of mobility for their employees. |
