Project focuses on implementing a programme of systematic therapy for patients with chronic mental disorder in the excluded region of Jeseník. It aims to create a network or services which will link health and social care for these patients. This network should be created by providers of therapeutic, rehabilitation services, terrain services, and subsequent care services, including protected accommodation and employment. Project should extend cooperation between network participants and thus improve the standard of care for the target group and create a complex multidisciplinary service network. Project also seeks improvement of direct therapeutic care for patients with mental disorders at Psychiatric Hospital Marianny Oranžské at Bílá Voda, which seeks to modernize its therapy ward for these clients. Primarily the project will enable creation of a comprehensive programme for therapy and rehabilitation, so that patients will be well prepared for participation into social services network and their subsequent return to normal life. This programme will primarily use the verified methods of therapeutic community, which facilitates partnership approaches to treatment, as well as being complex and multidisciplinary. The project will contribute in involving the patients at the hospital into the subsequent service network already during their treatment there and increasing their motivation to use the offered subsequent therapy care. Project will have a positive impact on patients suffering from chronic mental disorders, on staff involved in this area and on the Jeseník region overall.
