| Objective of the Project |
The project aims to build a modern day-time facility with capacity of 10 places closely cooperating with out-patient facility and applying comprehensive psychiatric therapy procedures and uninterrupted transition between individual treatment phases, which shall ensure better adherence of patients to treatment. Creation of this facility providing comprehensive therapy in close link to the modern and safely oriented out-patient tract will allow reduction in the length of hospitalization, improve provided care, improve functional skill of patients, ease their return to civil life and link ward care with therapy, out-patient care and social care. It will involve patients in activities offered by supporting organizations functioning in Ostrava. The gradual transition between individual treatment phases will improve adherence and response of patients to care. Last but not least, the shorter ward care will increase the number of patients, which may be provide psychiatric care in their place of residence. |
