The aim of the project is to implement videoconferencing in the resort of Justice. By using this way of communication in the resort of Justice it will help increase the efficiency of functioning of all Judiciary sections as courts, prosecution and prison service. General objective of the project is to make the mutual communication between prosecution, courts and prisons more efficient. This objective will be achieved especially by decrease of financial expenses on witness´s fee, jurist fee and transportation of sentenced convicts or persons placed into custody who are witnesses in other cases, eventually on transport of other participants of judicial proceedings. Larger security than by transport of participants within intrastate or cross-border relations will be ensured. Another expected benefit of the project is shortening of time delays during judicial proceeding.
