Project description:

The aim of the project is to enhance the biodiversity in the min. 8-hectare area of the newly-founded Bird park Kosteliska.

Its main objectives are:

• to set up sustainable management leading to significant suppression of invasive species;
• restore and expand valuable habitats and improve the conditions for rare and protected plants and animals.

The realized measures will be presented to the general public to raise awareness of this area and point to the necessity of preserving wetland biotopes.
