Summary:
CEREBRUM is a unique service provider that helps people suffering from acquired brain damage and their families (ABD). The staffing capacities are insufficient due to the growing demands on the quality, volume and sustainability of the services provided and due to its social role in the prevention of brain damage.
The CEREBRUM project fulfils its long-term objective: long-term stabilisation of the scope and quality of care, assistance and services provided to target groups. Along with the professionalization of project management and fundraising, the project will launch an educational campaign aimed at preventing brain damage.
After the completion of the professionalization, CEREBRUM will be a significant patient organization whose assistance to people with acquired brain damage is irreplaceable in the Czech Republic. Selected target groups will know more about the possibilities and importance of brain damage prevention, and also about the possibilities of addressing their consequences on the level of individuals, families and society.
The professionalization and stabilization of CEREBRUM will benefit both existing and potential clients.
