The Programme Operators of the Health Programme in the Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania and the Donor State Partners met together with other experts in Prague 21 and 22 September 2022 to share their experiences in the field of prevention of child and adolescent mental health.

The Programme Operators of the Health Programme in the Czech Republic (Ministry of Finance), Estonia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania and the Donor State Partners (the Norwegian Institute of Public Health and Directorate of Health) met together with other experts in Prague 21 and 22 September 2022 to share their experiences in the field of prevention of child and adolescent mental health, examples of good practice and new approaches. The meeting was organised by the Czech Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of Health, Institute of Public Health and Directorate of Health. 

Almost 3 years have passed since the last network meeting due to the pandemic, and due to the pandemic, new obstacles and challenges have emerged in the field. Child mental health among refugees was also discussed, related to the war in Ukraine. 

The agenda included presentations of the respective countries and participants on a topic related to their experience in the field of mental health, experience with the EEA and Norway Grants and the Health Programme, promoting mental health in kindergartens and schools, digital tools, NGOs, approach to child refugees and EU policy in the field of child and adolescent mental health.
