The objective of the project is to establish a continual accompaniment of the child within the system of social services. In order to achieve the objective the following outputs will be created within the project:

- methodology of the transit care, i.e. continual accompaniment of children, which will clearly define this type of services and will serve as an input for education of social workers. The methodology will also include Transit Care Standards. The methodology will define key players to be involved in the process, it will provide instructions on how to communicate with children in critical situations, how to take into account their wishes and how to eliminate negative effects of transit situations.
- educational programs and accredited training courses (according to a schedule for the individual ministries), which will prepare the workers for introduction of the methodology into practice. The curriculum will be based on practical experience and model situations.
