GENERAL INFORMATION

The programme focused on two priority areas: Programme Area PA 16 focused on the protection, revitalization and presentation of movable and immovable cultural heritage. Through the eligible activities (reconstruction, building and other adjustments, stabilizing works, technical measures ensuring longterm preservation and presentation of movable and immovable values) the monuments were safed and preserved for future generations.
Programme Area 17 “Promotion of Diversity in Culture and Arts within European Cultural Heritage” supported cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue. In order to ensure a diverse offer of artistic forms and expressions, the support was provided to professional theatre projects, (physical and non-verbal theatre, including professional dance and performance art), professional visual art, professional music art (classic, contemporary and alternative music) and film art, and to their presentation to the public.
