Objective of the Project

The content of the project is training of police specialists in the field of police work related to minority Roma group in socially excluded localities and their implementation into service performance as well as education completion in this field for existing liaison officers for minorities and selected police managers. The project involves application of foreign experience and work methods, establishment of international contacts and equipment of future police specialists by material facilitating service performance. The aim of the projects is improvement of mutual relations between police and Roma community especially in areas with increased social tension and partial conflicts between Roma and majority leading to minimize crime and interethnic conflicts. A sociologic study for police work in socially excluded localities will be elaborated within the project.
