The 8th Annual Meeting of EEA and Norway Grants 2014-2021 was held in Prague on 10 April 2025. 

The Donor States delegation (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) was led by Mr Jon Erik Strømø, Director General of the Section for Central and South Eastern Europe from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway. On behalf of the Donors States the meeting was also attended by Mr Bergthor Magnússon, Director of EEA Grants from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Iceland, Ms Alina Brunhart from the Representation of the Principality of Liechtenstein to the EU, representatives of the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Prague, representatives of the Financial Mechanisms Office and other guests from Norway and Liechtenstein. The Czech delegation was led by Ms Zuzana Matyášová, the Director of International Relations Department at the Ministry of Finance and the Head of the National Focal Point for EEA and Norway Grants in the Czech Republic. On behalf of the Czech delegation the meeting was also attended by other representatives of the National Focal Point, the Certifying Authority, the Audit Authority and last but not least the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.

Issues related in particular to the closure of programmes, disbursement rates, bilateral cooperation between the Czech Republic and the Donor State and related lessons learned were discussed during the meeting.
