Ministry of Finance - The National Focal Point issues the Guideline of the National Focal Point for eligible expenditures under the the EEA / Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021. The Guideline have been updated (valid from 12 April 2021) but is available only in Czech version at the moment.
