Within the CZ03 „Programme for non–govenmental organization“financed by the EEA Grants 2009 – 2014 , the public tender was published on 31 January 2012 for the Programme Operator for the "Fund for NGOs".

A consortium of Civil Society Development Foundation and Partnership Foundation has been selected by the Programme Operator for the CZ03 Programme.

On 25 October 2012, the Contract on future contract was signed which would oblige the Programme Operator to finalize the CZ03 Programme proposal and the Contract for the implementation of the programme (hereafter referred to as the “Contract”). The signed Contract is subject to approval of the final programme proposal by the Financial Mechanism Committee (hereafter referred to as the “FMC”) and by the conclusion of the Programme Agreement between the FMC and the National Focal Point i.e. the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic.
