Within the CZ03 „Programme for non–govenmental organization“ financed by the EEA Grants 2009 – 2014 , the public tender was published on 31 January 2012 for the Programme Operator for the "Fund for NGOs".
The Communication Strategy for the Czech Republic - EEA and Norway Grants 2009-2014" (hereinafter "Communication Strategy") approved by letter of 28 June 2012.The Communication strategy defines priorities publicity EEA and Norwegian Funds for the programming period 2009 - 2014, objectives and target groups, including the strategy of planned activities and communication tools. The document also defined evaluation criteria relating to knowledge and awareness of the EEA and Norwegian funds, their focus, impact and the role of donor countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway).
The presentation of the results of the Annual meeting between the National Focal Point (NFP) and representatives of donors - Financial Mechanisms Committee (FMC) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway (Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs) – was held on 26 September 2012
On 4th July 2012 the Government of the Czech Republic approved a document titled The Methodology of Financial Flows, Control and Certification of Programmes Financed by the European Economic Area and Norwegian Financial Mechanisms in the 2009-2014 Programme Period (hereinafter only the “Methodology”). It is based on the Regulation on Implementation of Financial Mechanisms of EEA / Norway Grants 2009-2014, the legislation of the Czech Republic and the legislation of the European Union. In compliance with the said legal regulations, the Methodology specifies both the financial management of the resources of the EEA / Norway Grants in the period 2009-2014 and the system of their financial control and certification.
