The Conference Wetlands in Agricultural Landscapes: Present State and Perspectives in Europe was held in České Budějovice on 11-16 October 2015.

Between 7 to 13 September 2015 and 23 to 24 November 2015, there took place a reciprocal bilateral initiative "Fire Protection of St. James Church and Other Historical Buildings in Kutná Hora, UNESCO Site".

In order to assess the bilateral cooperation, the National Focal Point of the Czech Republic has launched an analysis of the bilateral relationships between subjects from the Czech Republic and the donor states.

All particular themes within the anti-corruption policy were discussed at the conference "Developing trends in combating corruption, money laundering and recovering criminal assets in Europe", that was held from 20 – 21 October 2015 in Prague.

„National Coordinating Centre for Rare Diseases at the University Hospital in Motol” that’s the full name of the project, which is focused on the special field of medicine. The project is supported by Norway grants 2009 – 2014 and its main aim is to extend awareness and knowledge of rare diseases.

Centre for International Cooperation in Education announces open call for registration at seminars for beneficiaries within EEA and Norway Grants (CZ07).

The Centre for International Cooperation in Education - Programme Operator of Programme CZ07 – “Bilateral Scholarship Programme” - announced the open call for proposals on 25th May 2015.

Based on the previous consultation with the National Focal Points from all the Beneficiary States, the Regulation on the implementation of the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Regulation on the implementation of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism were amended.

Visit of several projects supported from Norway Grants, programme CZ11 – „Public Health Initiatives“, was held on 11th of May.

Seminar „Archival Film Today“, realized as the bilateral initiative within Fund for Bilateral Relations at Programme Level - “B” measure, programme CZ06, will be held on Tuesday May 26, 2015 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the Small Hall of the Municipal Library in Prague (Marian Square 1).

Film festival Norsk uke / Norwegian week, realized as the bilateral initiative within Fund for Bilateral Relations at Programme Level - “B” measure, programme CZ06, will be held from May 21 to May 27, 2015 in the cinema Ponrepo.

Results of a verification of the selection process within the second open call in programme area no. 17 – Promotion of Diversity in Culture and Arts within European Cultural Heritage were approved by the Programme operator on 7th May 2015.

The Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague organized workshop about conservation and restoration of historical textile on 15th April 2015 in Nostiz Palace in Prague.

On 20th April 2015 the Ministry of Finance launched the verification of the selection process within the open call in the programme area 17 – Promotion of Diversity in Culture and Arts within European Cultural Heritage in programme CZ06 – Cultural Heritage and Contemporary Art.

National Film Archive, which is trying to preserve cinema heritage, to further its public understanding, and to facilitate the development of the Czech audio-visual industry and film culture opened the new website for the project.

Visit of the project at Příbram prison, which is implemented by the Prison Service of the Czech Republic thanks to Norway grants 2009 – 2014 – programme CZ15, was held on 18th of March.

Martina Štěpánková - Deputy Minister and Director of Division for Human Rights, Equal Opportunities and Legislation at the Office of the Czech Government gave a speech on general debate on 59th Council of the United Nations Commission for Gender Equality, held from 9th to 20th March in New York.

Prison service of the Czech Republic implements through Norway Grants 2009-2014 five pre-defined projects in the framework of the CZ15 Programme, which are mainly focused on increasing competences of prisoners and prison employees.

Project supported by grant exceeding 13 million CZK under programme CZ06 Cultural Heritage and Contemporary Arts „Restoration of the Neo-Gothic Temple in the Parkland of Krásný Dvůr Manor House” was officially launched on 4th March 2015.

The 3rd Annual meeting between the National Focal Point (NFP) and representatives of the donors was held on 15th October 2014. Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Czech Republic were also present at the meeting.

There were 5 applications submitted within the first Open Call under the Programme CZ08 announced on 31st March 2014. The Selection committee recommended all submitted applications to verification. One applicant resigned during the verification.
