| Objective of the Project |
Application presents the project of active detection of endangered children and subsequent care of the children and their families. Common goal of project activities is early identification of potential problems, activation and motivation of family to challenge the problem, and subsequent elimination of the threat in the family by using combination of family own potentials and available services offered in the region. The active detection will be based on the close cooperation with primary school teachers. The project will be realized in district Kladno. |
