| Objective of the Project |
The project aims to reduce the number of children in institutional care (IC) and the number of decisions ordering IC as well as ensure that the children rights in IC are strictly respected. The aim should be achieved through raising legal awareness of children in IC or endangered by IC and child welfare officers as to the rights of children and duties of officers. Web couselling will be created for both children and officers where the questions will be answered by attorneys and students of law and where there will be legal information available. Legal manuals will be created for both groups. |
