| Objective of the Project |
The aim of project activities is to actively use new tool of the New Civil Code - supporter. By creating a template of contract on support and a position of professional supporter (consultant) we can avoid an unnecessary restriction of competence to perform legal acts or cancel restriction in cases where competence has been already restricted. The supporter helps people with mental disabilities to recall cotracts with impact that they are not able to predict and that disadvantage them such lending contracts, insurance contracts and contracts on provision of mobile sevices. Number of people with mental disabilities can be citizens with full legal liability and lead successful life thanks to the contract on support. |
