The project is aimed to improve the access to the labour market of persons, who have inserted convictions in the criminal records. The proposed measures of the improvement will be the legislative amendments aimed to the elimination of existing barriers, particularly the excessive use of the requests of the employers on the employees to prove the absence of coviction recorded, including the cases of non-qualified employment. Based on this the aim of the project is to eliminate the viollations of the anti-discrimination principles in the area of employment and to prevent criminal recidivism.
