| Objective of the Project |
The objective of the project is to create conditions for national system change through specialization of workers in institutions key for prevention and elimination of domestic violence. Determination of persons primarily responsible for given issue and subsequently for providing of training and materials needed for acquirement of inevitable competencies, knowledge and last but not least motivation of these workers are the way to better comprehension and more effective solution of domestic violence cases. The Project Promoter is the Association of Workers of Intervention Centers, that means association of providers of specialized social service for persons at risk of domestic violence in the Czech Republic. The base of the project is implementation of national and internationl survey and analysis of persisting defects in practice. |
