The project mini-kindergarten Emcéčko focuses on the promotion of equal opportunities and support for reconciling family and work life through the support and maintenance of existing childcare services for children aged 2 to 6 years old. The project aims to maintain the care services that are used primarily by parents of children under 3 years of age, including parents of children with special educational needs returning to the labor market after maternity leave. In our kindergarten, we have created an environment where children feel good and are integrated into the children's collective without further disadvantage. This peace and feeling of safety can then also be manifested in the family, leading to a better balance between work, private and family life.
