This project focuses on women returning to the labour market after maternity leave, looking for work in vain because they also take care of their small children. Many of them would like to start a business, however they do not have sufficient information or support from their environment. That is why we are creating a co-working centre, focusing on support for women in launching their business activity, offering them professional training as well as adequate care for their children. We will also help them find appropriate work positions, as can be reconciled with taking care of children. At the same time we will focus on promotion and raising awareness among employers of forms and advantages of flexible work schemes for this particular target group, which will result from a strengthened cooperation between education institutions, companies, local administration and NGOs. This activity will be accompanied by an information campaign publicising the goals and outputs of the project in all its scope as well as production and distribution of print material with the theme of gender equality.
