Programme Agreement between the Financial Mechanism Committee established by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway and the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic for the financing of the Programme "Culture" was signed on 20th February 2019. This Programme Agreement lays down the rights and obligation regarding the implementation of the Programme "Culture".
