Programme Agreement between the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic for financing of the Programme "Home Affairs" signed on 8th April 2019 lays down the rights and obligations regarding the implementation of the Programme "Home Affairs".
